nice villa with pool, great ac, comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast, amazing price (4 nights with private area for 400€ / 2 person), good location to Nusa Dua, jimbaran beach; very clean, would come again note: to compare this to a western 5-star hotel doesnt make sense, nowhere in EU / USA you will find this price for 4 nights

it is true, that the breakfast is not refilled often, better come an hour before closing, also the kitchen only has a heat plate and 2 smalls pots (if you want to cook...)

Loved the 2 bedroom set up, it was perfect for our family. The gardens were gorgeous and so well maintained. The staff we Lovely. Would definitely return!

Good for the private pool!

The one bedroom suite villas are luxurious to stay in. The pool is huge and room is also huge. Lot of space for a relaxation and comfortable stay. If you want private pool then it's a great place for the price paid. But don't eat the food here.

The breakfast is terrible. Only bread and eggs are fine. Everything else is very bad. DO NOT EAT HERE ANY OTHER MEAL. ALSO, THE CHEF SHOULD FIND AN ALTERNATE JOB IN WHICH HE CAN REALLY PROSPER BECAUSE COOKING IS NOT HIS THING. The breakfast was worse than 3 star hotel. Definitely not 5 star quality but for the private pool it's forgiven. Housekeeping staff does not seem trained well for 5 star resort. Should be trained more for better housekeeping and cleaning. The bathtub and toilet top was not cleaned well and overall room cleaning is a bit shoddy. They didn't even wash our used cups and glasses. Definitely if not the food, housekeeping services need to be improved to justify the 5 star rating.

If you really want to stay in Jimbaran Lumbini, is a great options

We stayed 9 days and we fully enjoyed the big room, great private pool, semi-exterior bathroom (huge). The cleanup was done daily, the staff was nice, the entire complex was beautiful and big (we had bikes to use inside) and the food was good and varied. They and shuttles to the beach or Kuta and Nusa Dua. Very well taken care resort.

Check in was late (2 hours), check out the same, we waited a lot until the driver came to pick-up the baggage. Staff was not speaking English very good Room walls started to degrade because of humidity A lot of noise was heard in the room from the street (scooters) or other houses. The shortest way on feet to the beach was 20 minutes.

Typical Balinese Villa Compound

Good property would be perfect for travelling with multiple families. Villa itself was typical Balinese set up, if a little old. Breakfast included was very convenient, if predictable. Staff is generally friendly.

Certain things in the villa were broken/not maintained properly: mosquito net wouldn’t close properly as the railing was bent, door to the bedroom wouldn’t lock, etc. Buggies can be requested from the front desk to help transport luggage to the front desk but on the day of our check out, one hadn’t been sent after two calls so we decided to walk out (luckily our villa was close and our luggage light). When I called the front desk to advise them not to send the buggy as we were just walking out they neglected to inform me that they will need to send someone anyway to check the room, leading to more delays, thank god we were leaving early for our trip to the airport. Rat took our garbage out of the bin, toilet has low flow of thing which needs multiple flushing, spa times only from 10am to 5pm.

The private villa was excellent with our own garden and pool

We arrived at midnight, and it took about 45 minutes to check in because a large party had just arrived.
